Devereux is a native British Columbian, born in the interior, presently lives with her family in the Fraser Valley. All her life she has been surrounded by art and artists but it was after she left her career as a chef that she began to paint. Most of the year she paints large colourful still life compositions. When the good weather comes she likes to get out of the studio and go on outdoor painting excursions.
EDUCATION:
2002 Painting classes with Ron Hedrick.
1992-93 Studied painting at the University College of the Fraser Valley.
1976-78 Studied design at the College of New Caledonia.
